1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Whizzly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of Whizzly, operated by IntelleSync.

2. Description of service

Whizzly is a web application that helps TikTok creators manage comments and generate AI-powered replies. The service includes comment importing, AI reply generation, and a swipe-based reply workflow.

3. Your account

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Whizzly.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Whizzly to:

  • Generate replies that are abusive, harassing, hateful, or illegal.
  • Spam TikTok users or violate TikTok's own terms of service.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Whizzly platform.
  • Use the service in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure.

5. AI-generated content

Whizzly uses OpenAI to generate reply suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated replies. You should always review replies before posting them.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you import into Whizzly. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. The Whizzly platform, brand, and code are owned by IntelleSync.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Whizzly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI replies will meet your expectations. Use the service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntelleSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Whizzly, including any damages resulting from AI-generated content posted to TikTok.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@whizzly.app.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Whizzly after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
